Mindtools Course Delivery Pages

At the present time, these pages are used for testing new formats for existing pages from the main site and as a platform to deliver recently updated courses on Globalization.

Introduction to Globalization (G101) and Understanding Globalization (G102) are courses designed for high school students, undergraduates, and people in business or government. They use small, easily comprehended modules that are designed to fit into a workday schedule.

The courses are fully modular and can be modified by other instructors for use in college courses or corporate environments (for example, by adding or deleting modules or including specific corporate-related links in each module). Space for instructors to build other versions of the course, each with password protected access, can be supplied -- just contact Mindtools.

  • Modules involve: exercises, questions, projects, data gathering, chart making, research, readings, and links to other sites.
  • Modules take only 15-30 minutes to complete.
  • Most modules have 2-3 exercises (over 110 exercises in all).

Try 1 or 2 modules per day and in a few weeks you will know more about Globalization than the vast majority of people -- and even more than most people in the business world or in the educational system!
